The RM 011 Lotus F1 Team is ready for any activity with its ultra-strong black rubber strap. Displayed behind an anti-glare sapphire crystal, the skeletonized dial features hours, minutes, seconds, date, timer, and chronograph functions.
Romain Grosjean tested this lightweight and ultra-strong edition of RM 011, constructed from NTPT, throughout the 2014 Formula 1 Grand Prix season, often wearing it outside of his overalls, where it was subjected to knocks, vibrations, and weather conditions. The strap was also designed to be strong enough to not be torn off at the high speeds imposed by F1.

These layers, with a maximum thickness of 30 microns, are impregnated with resin and then woven on a special machine that modifies the direction of the weft by 45° between layers. Heated to 120°C at a pressure of 6 bars, the NTPT is then ready to be processed on a CNC machine in Richard Mille’s Proart case factory.
